Delete your Kedy.AI account

This page lets you permanently delete your Kedy.AI account and the data associated with it. It applies to accounts created on kedy.ai and in the Kedy.AI mobile app.

How to request deletion

• 1. Enter the email address of your Kedy.AI account below and select "Send verification code".
• 2. Check your inbox for an email from Kedy.AI containing a 6-digit verification code (valid for 10 minutes).
• 3. Enter the code below and select "Permanently delete my account".

You do not need to be signed in, and you can also request deletion by emailing support@kedy.ai from your account email address.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile (name, email address, profile picture) and sign-in credentials.
• Your workspaces, projects and video edits.
• Uploaded and generated media (videos, images, audio, voice clones, AI shorts, dubbings).
• Transcripts, subtitles and translations.
• Connected social media accounts and scheduled posts.
• Likes, comments, bookmarks, shares and other activity.
• Email preferences and notification history.

Data that is kept

• Payment and invoice records, which we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting purposes (kept for the statutory retention period, then deleted).
• Server access logs, which are automatically deleted within 90 days.

All other data is deleted immediately when your deletion request is confirmed.
